This is an old art piece with a dog by Lillian Tiffany. She was known for her famous dog art and political views. Undated but WWll era and shows the Schipperke Mona on a bench reserved for Bernard Baruch an adviser to Franklin D. Roosevelt. Great condition and great piece. I combine shipping if needed.
