US 1ST PATTERN TANKER JACKET

Description

New reproduction of the first Winter Combat Jacket pattern adopted before WWII.
This jacket with open pockets was adopted as part of the new tanker uniform prior to US entry into WWII. It was replaced with the more familiar 2nd pattern beginning in mid-1942, but some remained in use among "old timers", such as Brad Pitt's Sergeant Collier in Fury.
This reproduction features a lightweight wool lining and wool knits and genuine Talon Zipper.
