identify it by the part number(s) printed on its sticker
whenever possible.  Doing so will greatly reduce the number of unnecessary returns due to ordering the wrong item.  Although substitute boards may sometimes be available for your appliance, it is quite possible the plugs are oriented differently and it can be confusing how to properly install it.  It is always best to replace your board with one that is an exact match whenever possible.  If you have any doubts about compatibility , you should not be afraid contact the seller in advance to double check.

that was removed from a working Samsung microwave ( Model # SMH1816S/XAA ).  This Control Board will work for a few other Samsung microwave models, but
be sure to check carefully that it is the correct one for you prior to purchasing

Note
:  Be aware that this listing is only for the board and not the touchpad.  If your touchpad is faulty, replacing only the microwave board will not be a fix.  You would probably need to purchase a complete assembly ( board with touchpad).  If your microwave responds in the same manner after installing our board , then you have something else wrong with your microwave.  We only sell boards that have functioned correctly using every feature the microwave offers.  Our boards are marked for identification purposes.  Should you request a return, be sure to carefully package our board with plenty of bubblewrap/filling so that it arrives undamaged and can be resold.
