Disclaimer: If you want to buy a “real” canvas wwii style top, do not buy this. It is not made to wwii specs. It is genuine army surplus, been there done that, od material. It may even have bullet holes that have been repaired or areas that are discolored from being used in the field by our fighting forces. It will arrive wrinkled. Once installed it stretches and smooths out. Some of us need to drive them jeeps more and stop obsessing over minor details.
Buy it if you want a top that protects you from the wind so your toupee will stay on.. Buy it if you want a less expensive alternative to the 0 version. Remove it if your Jeep is going more than 40 mph (on an open trailer). Buy it if you need protection from the sun or light rain. The top can also be tied to the ‘center’ top bow to open up the interior but still providing your lady the shade that she needs.
