Items returned for 'auction related' reason can be returned at CEI's expense.
CEI will issue a pre-paid return label via the sellling platform process.
Buyer pays for return shipping on all non-auction related returns (i.e. changed mind on purchase).
Returns must be received in the same condition as shipped.
CEI items come with a 30-Day "hassle free' return option. At CEI we take pride in our customer service and go beyond to ensure we provide as much information as possible on every auction.  If you experience any issues with your item within 30 days of your purchase, please reach out to us and we will take care of you. We are confident on the quality of our items and because of that we offer free returns. Customers who return items with illegitimate return reasons are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original order to cover our extra cost.
Items altered in any way by the buyer (self repair, changing components, altering of physical configuration, etc…) may incur fees deducted from the final refund price and/or invalidate the CEI 30 Day 'no hassle' return policy entirely.
