    Description

    I have for sale this very nice genuine Hobart pastry knife for a Hobart 60 quart mixer.  It is stamped VMLH-60P.  The dimensions are roughly 19" long and 10" wide.  It does not appear to have been used very often.  It does not have nicks or gouges in the steel.  The knife surfaces are all sharp and are not worn down from use.  It does not show wear at the locking and attaching points.  It is spotlessly clean.  It is not bent, twisted, bowed or have any cracks.  It does not have any post-factory welds or repairs.  Genuine Hobart accessories will stand the test of time and give many years of problem free service.
