Antique Limoges Porcelain Apothecary Jar
Hand painted in the French Empire Napoleonic manner
Measures 9 inches high to tip of gold finial, approximately 5 inches in width and 5 inches in diameter
Gold gilt on white porcelain accented with gold bees and dots
One side of the jar features a gold hand painted Eagle surrounded by a Laurel Wreath
The opposite side features the “N” monogram surrounded by a Laurel Wreath
Trimmed in gold gilt at the top and bottom of the jar
The lid features gold painted bees, dots and gold gilt finial
Makers mark hand signed on base of jar, reads Hand Painted Limoges France
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks
