Love this microwave just hate the price. Honestly if i did my research before going for a microwave cabinet in my home I wouldnt have opted for one but since we had the cabinet installed we had to purchase this. Its very easy to use and install. Its heats up food evenly and very fast. A normal microwave on 30sec barely gets warm were this makes it too hott.

This is our second Sharp microwave drawer. First on lasted for almost 10 years with very little problems. This model fit with a small modification on the opening in the cabinet and has worked great so far for about a month. The difference between the old and new is the concealed control panel which looks great and smooth with cabinets but would be nice if some how had a backlight to light up the panel.

I bought this (30 inch wide) about 2 years ago from . Installation was easy. It has always worked perfectly. It does not have a rotating turntable, but it seems to heat food pretty evenly. It opens at the touch of a button and closes with either another touch of the button or a slight nudge with my knee. the controls hide away nicely when not in use and easily tilt out for accessibility. I am happy with it and would buy it again.

This was the only microwave I could find that could fit this cabinet. The install was so easy, I just slid it in and adjusted my shelf flush to the top of the microwave. It’s perfect so far. The defrost works well, my last microwave would cook the edges while the middle was still frozen.

I really enjoy my drawer microwave. It's nice to have the saved counterspace, but mostly I love that I can open the drawer after partially cooking, remove the lid of the item, stir and close the drawer to continue cooking. The warming feature is also great; no need to guess how long it will take to re-heat something that has been in the refrigerator as the sensor does it for me. The drawer slides smoothly so I don't need to worry about spilling. Just a little unclear about closing the drawer. I try to always use the button per the packaging directions, but Sharp website says it's OK to nudge it closed. Would be great if I knew that doing so wouldn't harm the open/close feature. Anyone have an answer to that?

Sleek and out of the way. We used to have a microwave in an upper cabinet —moving to a drawer in a lower helped balance the look of the kitchen. Although pricey these work fine. The open/close is a little slow but we got used to it. Mostly bought to change the look of the kitchen and it worked well. Sharp apparent y makes all drawers so we went with that brand rather than pay for a more expensive name on a Sharp. Four stars because they are just so expensive.

We bought this microwave drawer for our second home. We have had the same model in our primary residence for over four years and it has worked perfectly. It's a great counter-saving and upper cabinet-saving appliance. Wish there was a way to put a rotating base in it but it still seems to heat food pretty evenly.

I love this newer sharp model. 2 features especially. 1) The flush controls are a perfect feature for the end of an island placement . 2) when your hands are full you can simply use your hip to send the automatic door to close.
